After spending years working for different companies in the gardening world, Andrew Osborne decided it was time to take the things he had learnt from his passionate and knowledgeable teachers, and go out on his own, and so Ozzie mowing and gardening was born. Andrew has always taken an interest in gardening, helping his mother in her garden at an early age helped to provide him a basic understanding of plants, and how to care for them. It wasn’t until later in life that this basic understanding transformed into a wealth of knowledge in all things gardening.
While the practical knowledge accumulated over years was more than enough for Andrew to grow fruit and vegetables in his spare time, he always had an itch to dive deeper into the theoretical side of the garden. It wasn’t until Andrew finished his Bachelor’s degree in music that he decided to sets his sights on horticulture. Now, with an advanced understanding of how things work in the garden, Andrew can provide expert level services to each and every one of his clients.
For Andrew, gardening is more than just maintaining plants. It’s a way to connect with nature through the gift of our senses, express one’s self by creating a beautiful space, and to care for things that are just as alive as ourselves.
